I found this amazing sorbet recipe and have made it every night since! With only two ingredients it’s quick/easy to prepare and, best of all, low in calories!
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup prepared strawberry Jell-O (I use the sugar free version)
*Experiment with different frozen fruit and flavored Jell-O combinations!
Blend both ingredients (I LOVE the Ninja blender). The result is a smooth sorbet-ish treat!
NOTE: This freezes solid, so I would recommend only making enough for your immediate consumption. This recipe makes the perfect amount for my husband, son and me. Enjoy!
